Yes, it is that time of year when we can all celebrate with the news that finally everything we earn is ours. You've spent the best part of the last 5 months paying for all of the various taxes to the government and from this day forth it is all yours to keep.

PS dont get too excited as we still need to pay fo rthe cost of government. If you add in the repayment of money that the government has borrowed to spend in addition to our taxes the "Cost of Government Day" is 13 July .
