EDNA (Electronic Dataplan Networking Assistant) is the latest addition to our AI family having previously lived in the mind of Stewart our Operations Director.
Born in September 2017, EDNA has set up home in our back-end digital hub and is busy automating all of the frequent and manual processes that our other heroes need help with.

EDNA has the ability to complete all of the day to day tasks required at lightning pace but with minimum fuss. EDNA cannot talk so is able to complete such tasks without answering back.
