At Dataplan Payroll we print over 500,000 employee payslips for our payroll outsourced customers every few months. From time to time we receive requests to make the payslips look and feel something that belongs to the business or organization.
We are able to custom build any clients payslip and include any number of pay elements with the wording the customer wants to see.
At present our pressure sealed payslips display the employee's full name and address as standard, but that's not all, following customer feedback we have added new print options!
We have updated our systems to allow other payslip print options on the face of the payslip for example
Print the full number payroll number
Print the company name on the front
Print the department name for example (HR, Sales, IT) making distribution easier
Print employee cost centres
Print the current pay period (Period 1 April)
Print the employee's full address
Any number of the above options
